We will be starting a much needed upgrade on the Talking Rock tower this week. If you’re in the talking rock area you should notice significantly better performance when this is completed. We are expecting to have the upgrades completed by next week.
The new Shannon tower is up and fully operational. Upgrades to the Red Bud and Talking rock towers will be completed by mid October. Red bud and talking rock towers might have short outages while we are performing these upgrades. Outages should not last more than 30 minutes at a time.
The upgrades to the Nicklesville and Sugar Valley towers are complete. Soon to follow are upgrades to Talking Rock and Red Bud towers. Next on the list is the addition of the Shannon tower. There may be brief outages during the upgrades on Talking Rock and Red Bud so please bear with us as we are working as diligently as we possibly can to get theses towers upgraded.
We at iWispr are always trying to find ways to better our service. We are currently upgrading towers in Nicklesville, Sugar Valley, and Talking Rock. There may be short outages in service. Please bear with us as we are working diligently to get the towers upgraded.
We are finishing up transitioning to a new billing system. You may notice some offset dates, This will be fixed by the next billing cycle. If you do not receive an invoice, or you have any questions about your new invoice, please call. You will soon be able to view invoices and pay your bill online!
